Where’s Chrissy?
The girls had been told not to speak about where Chrissy went. Then they heard from a listener that she had been talking about them on a podcast so they felt they should address the situation. Michael said Chrissy posted on her Facebook that she was a victim of corporate downsizing. The girls said they would’ve left it at that if she didn’t go onto a podcast and talk about the situation negatively. Ultimately the girls felt that Chrissy wanted to be on the air more than she wanted to support them. Recently, Paulie and Chrissy were sent an email about how the girls needed them to do more research re: the topics on the rundown.  Paulie responded right away and Chrissy did not respond until very late in the day. This was just one example of what was going on. Also, Paulie never gave the girls attitude when something was asked of him. On her way out the door, Chrissy said this was the best thing that ever happened to her and that she couldn’t wait to start collecting unemployment. They also heard that Chrissy said she guessed she didn’t kiss those two bitches’ asses enough. Alexis said it was weird because at first she said she’d miss the girls and asked them for a letter of recommendation and then she got all nasty. She should’ve left in a dignified manner, added Alexis. A couple of callers said the girls should stop talking about this because they might get in trouble. Alexis said they hadn’t said anything that was untrue or unfair. Jennifer wished Chrissy well in her quest to be a host and told her not to work on any shows that she had no interest in bettering. Alexis said the pretending to be diplomatic thing was intolerable. In any case, it had been going smoothly since the transition. Paulie was more relaxed and creative and it was working out just fine. That’s the story. ‘Nuf said. Everyone seemed happier now, even Chrissy.

Rosie’s birthday dinner
Last night the girls celebrated Rosie’s 47th birthday with a dinner at Alexis’s apartment.  It was Alexis, Rosie, Kelly and Jennifer. Alexis made mushroom risotto, mosh with roasted beets, oranges and red onion, sautéed zucchini. Plus, she made a birthday cake and there was caramel ice cream. Everything was beautiful and it was the perfect meal. Alexis said she would post links to all the recipes on the blog. Kelly offered to clean afterwards but Jennifer said no one could help Alexis clean.

American Idol
Jennifer got through 2 hours of American Idol this morning in 30 minutes. Paulie said he tuned in right when someone he thought was bad was singing and then all the judges loved the person! Jennifer liked Matt Giraud and Alison. She had tried to like Adam but she just couldn’t. Alexis said there were a lot of people with great voices, what was so great about these people? They were always weird and misshapen. Jennifer said they were trying to find the ‘it’ person. Alexis just didn’t get it. They were singing someone else’s song and wearing someone else’s clothes!? Alexis said the singers she liked sometimes had shitty voice (ie. Bob Dylan) but they had their own ‘style’.

Harder!
Alexis tried out a new massage therapist and he didn’t use enough pressure. She remarked that he shtuppable but lived with his girlfriend. They had to talk first about what she was looking for and he made her stand up (clothed) so he could look at her posture and give her an analysis. It was awkward.  She put her earrings within reach on the dresser and he picked them up and put them by her clothes. She asked if he was moving them so she didn’t have an excuse to come back. Paulie and Jennifer called Alexis a flirt.
